1. Scope and publisher
This Privacy Policy explains how My Nail Art version 1.0.0 for iPhone and iPad handles information. My Nail Art is published by Jersey Publishers LLC.
My Nail Art is a local-first nail-design studio. The app does not require an account and does not send your in-app photos, designs, palettes, projects, notes, or settings to a Jersey Publishers server.
2. Privacy summary
Jersey Publishers does not operate an account system, cloud library, analytics service, advertising network, or tracking system for the iOS app.
- No account, login, subscription, advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking.
- No automatic photo upload and no broad read access to your photo library.
- Photo selection, camera use, saving, exporting, and sharing begin only after you choose the corresponding action.
- Your working content stays in the app’s local storage unless you deliberately save or share an export.
3. Photos, camera, and imported files
When you choose a picture, My Nail Art uses Apple’s system photo picker so you select the specific item you want to use. The app does not request permission to browse your entire photo library.
Camera access is requested only after you select Take Photo. You may also select a supported image or My Nail Art project file. Chosen images can be resized, normalized, cropped, and analyzed on your device to create a color palette and design reference.
4. Designs and local app information
My Nail Art stores the content needed to reopen and edit your work, including selected or captured images, palettes, nail colors, shapes, finishes, artwork layers, placement, project names, saved sets, appointment notes, preferences, language, and onboarding state.
Working image files are stored in the app’s private no-cloud Library directory. Other project state is stored in the app sandbox and local web storage. Jersey Publishers cannot view or recover information that remains only on your device.
5. Saving, exporting, and sharing
My Nail Art requests add-only Photos permission only after you choose Save to Photos. If you choose Share, Apple’s share sheet shows the applications and recipients available on your device. My Nail Art does not select a destination or send a copy to Jersey Publishers.
After you send or save an export to another person, application, website, printer, or storage provider, that destination handles the file under its own terms and privacy policy.
6. Retention and deletion
Local content remains on your device until you delete an available item, clear the app’s data, or uninstall My Nail Art. Files you separately save to Photos, Files, email, messages, cloud storage, or another destination must be deleted from those locations separately.
Because Jersey Publishers does not receive your locally stored app content, we cannot remotely access, restore, correct, or delete it.
7. Support communications and website delivery
The app does not automatically send support messages or diagnostics. If you email support, you may voluntarily provide your name, email address, message, screenshot, or technical details. Jersey Publishers uses that information to answer the request, investigate a problem, prevent abuse, comply with law, or maintain necessary support records.
If you separately join the Jersey Publishers newsletter on the My Nail Art website, Jersey Publishers receives the name, email address, consent choice, and release interest you submit. That optional website form is not part of the iOS app and does not upload photos, designs, projects, notes, settings, or diagnostics from the app.
Website hosting, security, and email providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver a page or message, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, security signals, sender address, and message contents. This processing is separate from the content stored inside the My Nail Art app.
8. Children’s privacy
My Nail Art is a general-audience creative planning tool and is not directed specifically to children under 13. Jersey Publishers does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent personal information in a support message may contact us for review or deletion where applicable.
9. Security and your choices
Safeguards include app-private storage, user-selected photo access, user-initiated camera and export actions, local image processing, no developer-operated analytics, and no developer cloud account. No storage system is completely secure, so protect your device, keep iOS or iPadOS updated, and review content before sharing it.
You can decline photo, camera, or Photos access in Apple’s permission prompts and review applicable permissions in the Settings app. Some features will not work without the permission needed for the action you selected.
10. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the app’s features, information handling, legal obligations, or platform requirements change. The current version will be posted at https://mynailart.jerseypublishers.com/ios/privacypolicy with an updated effective date.
Privacy and support questions may be sent to info@jerseypublishers.com. Include only the minimum information needed to explain your request.
